Delivery Policy

  • Place of Delivery
    We currently deliver within the United States (all 50 states). Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are supported via eligible carriers.

  • Shipping Costs
    Shipping is free for all U.S. orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Order Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Delivery Time
    Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer. Please note that weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances can occasionally extend delivery times.

  • Shipping Partners
    We work with reliable U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Tracking Your Order
    After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

  • Delivery Issues
    If your package has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date at info@anna-dave.us. Our support team will be happy to help you resolve the issue.

  • Unclaimed or Returned Packages
    Packages that are undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address) or not claimed and returned to us can be resent — reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more information about returns, please refer to our Return Policy.

  • Taxes & Duties
    No import duties apply for orders within the United States. State and local sales taxes may be applied at checkout in accordance with U.S. tax laws.

  • Address Accuracy
    Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or suite numbers. ANNA&DAVE is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.
